TRACY REDSHAW
CHARTERED INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL ADVISER
MY WORK HISTORY
My name is Tracy Redshaw and I have been providing clients with bespoke, financial advice for the past 25 years. I have been within the Financial Services for over 35 years.
I have been dedicated to giving highly individual advice that is entirely focused on my clients’ specific circumstances and needs. By always ensuring I am aware of the ever-changing developments within the financial services industry I have been able to offer the most suitable products combined with tailored advice to my clients.
What my clients expect of me is an objective, professional and efficient service that is delivered with a personal touch. I believe that the key to successful advice is creating a trusting relationship with my clients so that I can provide financial advice that is altogether individual.
I have many year’s experience of successful financial practice. I advise clients on a wide range of products, helping them to navigate through their financial journey and achieve their aims – from their first protection plan, right through into retirement and all the investment decisions along the way. Of course, every client is unique, and so my approach is entirely personal; my aim is to get to know each individual and to understand what’s important to them. I have excellent relationships with professional firms such as accountants, solicitors and estate agents meaning that my clients can also benefit from a network of trusted professionals.
In addition, it’s very important for you to be aware of the significant changes that have taken place over the last few years across the financial services sector. In particular, that each regulated financial adviser now has to hold much higher levels of qualification than ever before. In addition to passing the new exams, we must also hold a current “Statement of Professional Standing” (SPS Certificate).
This not only indicates that we have signed up to a code of ethics but also that we have completed at least 35 hours of professional training each year, to remain up to date with the ongoing changes to taxation and regulation within the industry. My SPS Certificate provides positive re-assurance to my clients that not only am I authorised by our Regulator (The Financial Conduct Authority) but also appropriately qualified and up to date.
ABOUT ME
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my civil partner, Joy, and our lovely cavapoo called Thandi Rose. We love being together as a family and enjoy lovely long country walks on the South Downs and along the Eastbourne seafront. I also enjoy marital arts, Shotokan Karate, where I have gained my first Dan (Black Belt) and I continue to learn and develop my skills.
